Item Returning/Exchange

  • Fill out the form and we’ll send you a return shipping label with 12 hours.
  • Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  • Drop off at your nearest USPS location.

Merchandise must be returned within 9 days of receipt. Exchanges must be returned with 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Nines Apparel hangtags, attached.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 business days after we receive your return.

All our parcels are carefully sent in sturdy black cardboard tubes or black cardboard boxes, with the contents hand wrapped in tissue paper. Our boxes are made of 75% recycled materials and are themselves 100% recyclable.

Your order will be despatched direct from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Most parcels will be delivered within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than 1 parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge).

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email [email protected] or call toll free (888) 499.5576 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been despatched.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than 1 item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. Your order should not be subject to import duties but occasionally this does happen. If your delivery has been subject to import duties please click here.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will send you the replacement item free of any additional shipping charges. We can only exchange an item for an alternative size or color. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please contact Customer Care on (888) 499.5576.
